What is the difference between the Economy and Standard hats?
The Economy Promotional Cowboy Hat is designed for high-volume distribution where keeping the cost per hat low is the priority.
Economy hats are $7 per hat with a 1,000-hat minimum order and are available with up to a two-color heat-transfer logo.
The Standard Custom Cowboy Hat is a more substantial product with improved construction, a more durable brim, a decorative hatband, and additional branding options.
Standard hats are $13 per hat with a 500-hat minimum order. Branding options may include heat transfer, woven patches, or sublimation patches depending on the design.
Can I order a smaller quantity before committing to a full order?
Yes.
Our Custom Sample Order is intended for customers who want to evaluate the hats, see their branding in person, or test customer response before placing a larger order.
Sample orders currently start at $700.
Economy samples are available in quantities of 50 hats, while Standard samples are available in quantities of 60 hats.
How long does production take?
Estimated production time for our standard bulk products is generally 10–12 weeks.
Timing can vary depending on product, customization, quantity, artwork approval, production schedules, and other order-specific requirements.

How do I send my logo?
After selecting your product, provide the artwork you would like applied to the hats.
We will work from your submitted branding to establish the appropriate customization and placement before production.

What should a bar charge customers for the hats?
For bars, we generally recommend pricing the hats somewhere between the price of a typical single mixed drink and a double mixed drink at that venue.
We generally do not recommend pricing the hat above the cost of a typical double.
The objective is to keep the hat within a familiar impulse-purchase range while allowing the venue to recover some or all of the cost of the promotional campaign.
Can I order different colors, sizes, or hatbands?
In many cases, yes.
For Standard hats, available sizes are 22.5 inches, 23.25 inches, and 24 inches. Available hatband colors are Black, White, and Natural Leather. Size and hatband selections can be changed at no additional cost.
Custom hat colors are available on orders over 2,000 hats and add $1 per hat.
Standard hats are also available in beige, navy, royal blue, khaki, coffee, olive green, pink, and red.
Economy hats may also be available in brown, red, baby blue, fuchsia pink, purple, and leprechaun green on qualifying custom-color orders.
