Economy is our promotional and marketing-grade hat for high-volume merchandise, recurring promotions, giveaways, and events. Economy+ uses the same construction with expanded color options. Standard is our merchandise-grade option, with polyester felt, an adjustable sizing string, multiple sizes, decorative hatbands, additional branding methods, and a hand-shapeable millinery-wire brim.

Yes. The millinery-wire brim can be shaped and reshaped by hand. Economy and Economy+ use a non-shapeable ribbon brim intended to retain its factory shape.

Economy and Economy+ are one size fits most and nonadjustable. Standard is available in 57, 59, and 61 cm sizes, with an adjustable sizing string for additional fit adjustment.

Economy and Standard start at 60 hats. A smaller order lets you evaluate the product, see your branding in person, test customer demand, or run a limited promotion. Economy+ starts at 600 hats.

Economy starts at $600 for 60 hats, Standard at $1,200 for 60, and Economy+ at $4,800 for 600. Volume pricing varies by product and order quantity. Compare hats or use the designer for the current configuration.

Standard shipping is included in advertised hat pricing. Available Economy/Economy+ rush options add $3.50 per hat to the applicable regular-delivery price.

Yes. You review and approve the final artwork before manufacturing and shipment. Please check the logo, spelling, colors, placement, and any other details shown in the final artwork, along with your confirmed order specifications. Request corrections before giving approval.

The designer is a visualization tool for color, logo placement, quantity, and approximate appearance. Screen colors, artwork scale, and positioning may vary from the physical product. Final production artwork and applicable colors are confirmed before manufacturing.

Regular delivery is approximately 8–12 weeks for Economy/Economy+ and 10–12 weeks for Standard after final artwork approval. Available Economy rush options are approximately 4 weeks. If you have a specific deadline or need expedited Standard hats, contact us before ordering.

Use your existing artwork in the designer. The logo tool is also available to prepare supported files. Final production artwork is confirmed before manufacturing.

Because our hats are custom-branded to each customer’s specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect customer selections, or errors in customer-approved artwork.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with manufacturing defects, printing that differs from your approved artwork, incorrect merchandise, or other quality-control issues, please contact us with your order information and photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and work with you to make things right.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

Once a paid order has been placed, it is final and cannot be canceled for a change of mind. If you need to request a change, contact us immediately, preferably before artwork approval and production. Changes are not guaranteed. We will confirm whether a requested change can be accommodated and any effect on the price or delivery timing.

Please review the final artwork carefully before approving it. We do not provide refunds or complimentary replacements for errors present in customer-approved artwork, or for later changes in preference, when the finished hats match the approved artwork and confirmed specifications.

If the finished branding differs from what you approved, contact us with photos and your order or design ID so we can investigate.

Inspect your hats and packaging after delivery and contact [email protected] promptly if you find damage or a quality concern. Include your order, invoice, or design ID; the quantity affected; a description of the issue; and clear photos of the affected hats and branding. For shipping damage, include photos of the packaging and shipping label when available.

Keep the affected hats and relevant packaging while we review the issue. Please contact us for instructions before returning anything. We will review the information and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Contact [email protected] promptly with your order or design ID and details of any incorrect or missing products, colors, sizes, or quantities. Include photos of the items and package labels where relevant. We will compare the delivery with your confirmed order and work with you to correct any verified fulfillment error. Contact us for instructions before sending items back.

If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated time, we will contact you with updated information and any applicable options to agree to a delay or cancel and receive a prompt refund for unshipped merchandise. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund the unfulfilled portion. Any refund required by applicable law will be handled accordingly.

Use hats for venue merchandise, recurring hat nights, mechanical-bull challenges, line dancing, group packages, concerts, festivals, sponsor promotions, and artist merchandise.
